DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by appellant to vacate dismissal of docket number 2020-549 RO C for failure to prosecute on an appeal from a judgment of the Justice Court of the Town of Ramapo, Rockland County, entered March 2, 2020. Appellant also moves to consolidate the aforesaid docket number with docket numbers 2020-766 RO C and 2020-937 RO C, and for the court to accept the brief filed under docket number 2020-766 RO C for all three appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion to vacate dismissal is granted, and the court's Order of Dismissal is vacated; and it is further
ORDERED that the branch of the motion to consolidate the three appeals and accept the brief filed under Docket No. 2020-766 RO C for all three appeals is granted to the extent that appellant shall re-serve and re-file an original and five copies of a single appellant's brief bearing all three appeal numbers and there shall be oral argument, if requested, on all of the appeals at the same time.
