Applications by defendant, pursuant to CPL 450.15 and 460.15, for a certificate granting to leave to appeal to this court from an order of the Criminal Court of New York, Queens County, entered September 30, 2020, which have been referred to me for determination.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED, on the court's own motion, that defendant's applications under appeal No. 2021-23 Q CR, appeal No. 2021-26 Q CR and appeal No. 2021-27 Q CR are consolidated for the purposes of disposition; and it is further,
ORDERED that the applications are denied.
