Appeals from an order and judgment (one paper) of the Supreme Court, Queens County, entered August 8, 2018, an order of the same court dated December 21, 2018, and two orders of the same court, entered April 10, 2019, and June 10, 2019, respectively. Motion by the New York State Division of Housing and Community Renewal for a preference in the calendaring of the appeals, and for the appeals to be calendared together.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for a preference in the calendaring of the appeals is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to calendar the appeals together is granted and the appeals will be argued or submitted on the same date.
