Appeal and cross appeal from an order of the Family Court, Westchester County, dated April 8, 2021. Motion by Jennifer Lioi for leave to appeal to this Court from the order, and to stay enforcement of the order and for an order of protection in favor of the subject children and against Michael A. Taras, pending hearing and determination of the appeal and cross appeal.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for leave to appeal is denied as unnecessary as the order is appealable as of right (see Family Ct Act § 1112); and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
