Appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Suffolk County, rendered November 30, 2018. Motion by the respondent to enlarge the judgment roll to include the transcripts of certain proceedings which occurred on March 7, 2018, April 30, 2018, May 9, 2018, May 14, 2018, May 16, 2018, and May 21, 2018, in the above-entitled matter.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied as unnecessary as the subject transcripts are properly part of the record; and it is further,
ORDERED that on or before June 25, 2021, the respondent shall upload, through the digital portal on this Court's website, digital copies of the transcripts of the proceedings which occurred on March 7, 2018, April 30, 2018, May 9, 2018, May 14, 2018, May 16, 2018, and May 21, 2018, as exhibits.
