MOTION |
By order dated February 6, 2020, appellant was granted poor person status and
assignment of counsel. By letter dated March 26, 2021, counsel requested to be relieved of the assignment due to appellant's failure
to communicate. By decision and order dated April 23, 2021, counsel was relieved of the assignment. Thereafter, by letter dated
April 23, 2021, appellant was directed to perfect the appeal by May 24, 2021. Appellant failed to perfect the appeal or seek a further
extension of time to do so.
Now, therefore, upon the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the appeal is
dismissed.
