The People of the State of New York, Respondent, v Nicholas Ciccone, Appellant.

Motion by respondent for leave to reargue so much of an appeal as was from so much of a judgment of the Criminal Court of the City of New York, Kings County, as convicted defendant of attempted criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree, which was determined by decision and order of this court, dated November 27, 2020.
