DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by nonparty-respondent Brooklyn Housing Preservation, LP to substitute as party for respondent New York City Housing Authority Managed by: 572 Warren Street Houses, and to amend the caption accordingly, on an appeal from a judgment of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County, entered October 30, 2018. This motion was made at the direction of this court in a Decision & Order on Motion dated June 2, 2020, which also held in abeyance appellants' motion for a stay of enforcement of a final judgment pending appeal, and, in effect for summary reversal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion for substitution is granted, Brooklyn Housing Preservation, LP is substituted for New York City Housing Authority Managed by: 572 Warren Street Houses, and the caption is amended accordingly; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion for a stay of enforcement of a final judgment pending appeal, and, in effect for summary reversal, is granted only to the extent of granting a stay, on condition the appeal is perfected on or before August 2, 2021, and it is further,
ORDERED that in the event the appeal is not perfected by August 2, 2021, the court, on its own motion, may vacate the stay, or respondent may move to vacate the stay, on three days' notice, and may serve such application in person.
