Josephine Yang-Patyi, Esq., having moved to substitute as petitioner Calvin A. Hall, as voluntary administrator of the estate of Josephine Hall, deceased, pursuant to CPLR 1015 (a) and having moved to extend the time to file and serve a brief on this CPLR article 78 proceeding transferred to this Court by an order of the Supreme Court, Oswego County, entered April 17, 2018,

Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted insofar as it seeks to substitute as the petitioner Calvin A. Hall, as the voluntary administrator of the estate of Josephine Hall, deceased, and

It is further ORDERED that petitioner's brief shall be filed and served on or before July 2, 2021, in accordance with the Court's rules, and if petitioner's brief is not filed by that date the proceeding will be deemed dismissed without further order, and

It is further ORDERED that if petitioner's brief is so filed, then respondents' brief shall be filed and served on or before August 9, 2021, in accordance with the Court's rules.
