Appeal by Daniele D. from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated December 11, 2020. Motion by the attorney for the children, in effect, to dismiss the appeal on the ground that it has been rendered academic by an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated March 10, 2021. Application by the petitioner-respondent to extend the time to serve and file a brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition and in relation thereto, and upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted and the appeal is dismissed, without costs or disbursements; and it is further,
ORDERED that the application is denied as academic.
