Appeals and cross appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated June 29, 2020. Motion by AGL Industries, Inc., to extend the time to perfect the appeals and for a briefing schedule.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,

ORDERED the parties shall serve and file the joint record or appendix and Briarwood MP, LLC, and Pav-Lak Contracting, Inc., AGL Industries, Inc., Cranes Express, Inc., and CRV Precast Construction, LLC, shall serve and file their respective briefs via NYSCEF on or before July 6, 2021; and it is further,

ORDERED that the respondent shall serve and file a brief via NYSCEF on or before August 5, 2021; and it is further,

ORDERED that Briarwood MP, LLC, and Pav-Lak Contracting, Inc., and AGL Industries, Inc., shall serve and file their respective reply briefs via NYSCEF on or before September 7, 2021; and it is further,

ORDERED that Cranes Express, Inc., and CRV Precast Construction, LLC, shall serve and file their respective reply briefs via NYSCEF on or before September 21, 2021.
