Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, entered October 22, 2018, which was determined by decision and order of this Court dated January 20, 2021. Motion by the appellant for leave to reargue the appeal or, in the alternative, for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals from the decision and order of this Court. Separate motion by the appellant to stay enforcement of any money judgments against it concerning this matter, pending determination of the motion for leave to reargue the appeal or, in the alternative, for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion for leave to reargue the appeal or, in the alternative, for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals is denied, with $100 costs; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion to stay enforcement of any money judgments against the appellant concerning this matter is denied as academic.
