Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated August 22, 2019, which was deemed dismissed pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.10(a). Renewed motion by the appellant, in effect, for leave to reargue her prior motion, inter alia, pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.10(c) to vacate the dismissal of the appeal, which was denied by decision and order on motion of this Court dated January 8, 2021, and to reinstate the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
