DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Richmond County, rendered May 20, 2016, which has been perfected. Motion by the respondent to amend the respondent's brief to contain a point answering Point III(A) of the appellant's brief.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that on or before June 17, 2021, the respondent shall serve a supplemental brief containing the Point V annexed to the respondent's motion papers as an Exhibit, and no other argument, and upload a digital copy of the supplemental brief, with proof of service thereof, through the digital portal on this Court's website, and the motion is otherwise denied; and it is further,

ORDERED that the appellant shall serve a supplemental reply brief, if so advised, and upload a digital copy of the supplemental reply brief, with proof of service thereof, through the digital portal on this Court's website, on or before June 28, 2021.
