ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated June 11, 2021, in the above-entitled case is recalled and vacated, and the following decision and order on motion is substituted therefor:
Appeal from a decision of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated September 9, 2020.
On the Court's own motion, it is,
ORDERED that the appeal is dismissed, without costs or disbursements, on the ground that no appeal lies from a decision (see Schicchi v J.A. Green Constr. Co., 100 AD2d 509); and it is further,
ORDERED that so much of the order on application of this Court entitled "[i]n the Matter of Applications for Extensions of Time," dated June 2, 2021, as amended by decision and order on motion decided herewith, as extended the time to perfect the appeal, is recalled and vacated.
