Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated June 5, 2017. Motion by the respondent, in effect, to dismiss the appeal failure to comply with a decision and order on motion of this Court dated November 27, 2020, or, in the alternative, to extend the time to serve and file a brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
