| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that a decision and order on motion of this Court dated August 5, 2019, which extended the time to take an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Orange County, rendered March 1, 2019, under Indictment No. 2018-00732, is amended to reflect that the time to take an appeal from a judgment of the same court rendered March 1, 2019, under Indictment No. 2018-00473 is also extended, and the motion papers are deemed to be a timely notice of appeal from that judgment; and it is further,
ORDERED that a decision and order on motion of this Court dated December 20, 2019, which granted poor person relief and assigned counsel with respect to the appeal from the judgment rendered March 1, 2019, under Indictment No. 2018-00732, is amended to reflect that poor person relief and assignment of counsel are also granted with respect to the appeal from the judgment rendered March 1, 2019, under Indictment No. 2018-00473.
