| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, entered March 25, 2021. Motion by the appellants to stay enforcement of the order and to stay the respondent and all trustees, or anyone acting on their behalf, from taking any action to terminate the commercial lease of 101 NTR, LLC, or its tenancy, or from taking other action to evict them, or to interfere with their continued occupation of the subject premises, pending hearing and determination of the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and enforcement of the order is stayed, and the respondent and all trustees, or anyone acting on their behalf, are stayed from taking any action to terminate the commercial lease of 101 NTR, LLC, or its tenancy, or from taking other action to evict them, or to interfere with their continued occupation of the subject premises, located at 101 Nassau Terminal Road, New Hyde Park, New York, pending hearing and determination of the appeal.
