Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Richmond County, dated August 14, 2020. Motion by the appellant to extend the time to perfect the appeal, to waive certification of the appellant's appendix, and to enlarge the record to include the transcript of certain proceedings.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to extend the time to perfect the appeal is granted, the appellant's time to serve and file the appellant's appendix and the appellant's brief via NYSCEF is extended until July 23, 2021; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to waive certification of the appellant's appendix is denied as unnecessary in light of the decision and order on motion of this Court dated May 19, 2021; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the record to include the transcript of certain proceedings is denied.
