DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeals from two orders of the Family Court, Kings County, dated November 24, 2020, and November 25, 2020, respectively. Motion by the appellant to consolidate the appeals and deem the brief filed in connection with the appeal from the order November 24, 2020, to also be filed in connection with the appeal from the order dated November 25, 2020.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted, the appeals are consolidated, the brief filed in connection with the appeal from the order November 24, 2020, is deemed to also be filed in connection with the appeal from the order dated November 25, 2020, and on or before July 14, 2021, the appellant shall upload a digital replacement brief through the digital portal on the Court's website that contains Appellate Division Docket No. 2021-02938 in addition to Appellate Division Docket No. 2020-08819; and it is further,

ORDERED that pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.3(b)(2), on or before August 13, 2021, the respondent and the attorney for the child shall serve their respective briefs and upload digital copies of their respective briefs, with proof of service thereof, through the digital portal on this Court's website.
