DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, both entered March 11, 2019, and an order and judgment (one paper) of the same court entered October 16, 2019. Motion by the appellant, inter alia, to deem the appendices and briefs filed in connection with the appeals from the orders to also be filed in connection with the appeal from the order and judgment, and for leave to serve and file a supplemental appendix containing the order and judgment and the notice of appeal from the order and judgment.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branches of the motion which are to deem the appendices and briefs filed in connection with the appeals from the orders to also be filed in connection with the appeal from the order and judgment, and for leave to serve and file a supplemental appendix containing the order and judgment and the notice of appeal from the order and judgment, are granted, and on or before July 26, 2021, the parties shall upload, through the digital portal on this Court's website, digital replacement copies of their respective appendices and briefs which contain Appellate Division Docket No. 2021-01285 in addition to Appellate Division Docket Nos. 2019-04728 and 2019-04731, and the appellant shall serve the supplemental appendix and upload a digital copy of the supplemental appendix, with proof of service thereof, through the digital portal on this Court's website; and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
