Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, entered May 26, 2021. Motion by the appellant to stay enforcement of so much of the order as directed her, or her agent, to clean, or hire someone to clean, the interior of the residential portion of the subject premises by a date certain, pending hearing and determination of the appeal.
