| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Appeal from an order of the Surrogate's Court, Suffolk County, dated December 20, 2018, which was determined by decision and order of this Court dated April 28, 2021. Motion by appellant for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals from the decision and order of this Court. Separate motion by the appellant to stay enforcement of the order dated December 20, 2018, pending hearing and determination of the motion for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion to stay enforcement of the order dated December 20, 2018, is denied as academic.
