Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Richmond County, dated March 15, 2019. Motion by Francesco Scarso, as administrator of the estate of Rita Scarso, to be substituted for the deceased appellants, Pietro Scarso and Rita Scarso, and to lift the stay that arose upon the death of the deceased appellants, Pietro Scarso and Rita Scarso.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, the caption is amended accordingly, and the stay that arose upon the death of the deceased appellants, Pietro Scarso and Rita Scarso, is lifted.
