ORDERED that the first and second paragraphs of the decision and order on motion of this Court dated October 5, 2020, are amended by adding the name "Alessandra Biaggi," following the name "Brian A. Benjamin," and before the name "David Carlucci," and by deleting the surname "Gounarde" and substituting therefor the surname "Gounardes."
