ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE

Appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Rockland County, both dated February 14, 2017, and an order and judgment (one paper) of the same court dated January 10, 2019. By decision and order on motion of this Court dated July 1, 2020, the appellant was directed to serve and file a supplemental record containing the order and judgment January 10, 2019. The appellant failed to serve and file the supplemental record containing the order and judgment January 10, 2019.

Now, on the Court's own motion, it is

ORDERED that the parties to the appeals are directed to show cause before this Court why an order should or should not be made and entered dismissing the appeals for failure to comply with the decision and order on motion of this Court dated July 1, 2020, by uploading an affirmation or an affidavit on that issue through the digital portal on this Court's website on or before July 23, 2021; and it is further,

ORDERED that the Clerk of this Court, or her designee, is directed to serve a copy of this order to show cause upon the parties to the appeals, via email.
