Appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated March 30, 2018, and entered August 13, 2018, respectively, which were deemed dismissed pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.10(a). Motion by the appellant pro se, inter alia, in effect, for leave to reargue his prior motions, inter alia, pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.10(c) to vacate the dismissal of the appeals and to extend the time to perfect the appeals, for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals from the prior decisions and orders determining the prior motions, and for poor person relief.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branches of the motion which are for leave to reargue the prior motions and for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals are denied; and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied as academic; and it is further,

ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appellant is precluded from making any further motions in connection with these appeals in this Court without prior leave of this Court.
