Kevin Cirincione, respondent,

(Index No. 4183/2019)
Appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated May 17, 2021, and an undated order of the same court. Motion by the appellant, inter alia, to stay enforcement of so much of the order dated May 17, 2021, as directed the distribution of money from the parties' Oppenheimer account, pending hearing and determination of the appeals, and to consolidate the appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to stay enforcement of so much of the order dated May 17, 2021, as directed the distribution of money from the parties' Oppenheimer account is granted, and so much of the order dated May 17, 2021, as directed the distribution of money from the parties' Oppenheimer account is stayed pending hearing and determination of the appeals; and it is further,
