Appeal from an order of the Family Court, Queens County, dated September 25, 2019. By order to show cause dated May 14, 2021, the parties to the appeal were directed to show cause before this Court why the appeal in the above-entitled action should or should not be dismissed on the ground that it has been rendered academic by the orders dated April 20, 2021, issued in the above-entitled proceeding.
Now, upon the order to show cause and the papers filed in response thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted and the appeal is dismissed, without costs or disbursements.
