Appeal and cross appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered August 22, 2019, and appeal from an order of the same court entered August 30, 2019. Application by the appellants-respondents, in effect, to substitute Edna Zubli, as executor of the estate of Isaac Zubli, for the deceased respondent Isaac Zubli, and to amend the caption accordingly.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted, Edna Zubli, as executor of the estate of Isaac Zubli, is substituted for the deceased respondent Isaac Zubli, and the caption is amended accordingly.
