Appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered February 16, 2018, and March 25, 2019, respectively. Motion by the respondent for leave to reargue her prior motion to extend the time to serve and file a brief, which was determined by decision and order on motion of this Court dated March 29, 2021, or, in the alternative, for leave to appeal to Court of Appeals from the decision and order on motion of this Court. Cross motion by the appellant for an award of costs and to impose a sanction upon the respondent and her counsel.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the cross motion, and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion and the cross motion are denied.
