Appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated May 26, 2020, and a judgment of the same court dated July 22, 2020. Motion by the appellants to stay enforcement of the judgment and to stay the respondents, anyone working on their behalf, or anyone working in concert with the respondents, including Joseph Fucito, Sheriff of the City of New York, from selling the subject premises at public auction, pending hearing and determination of the appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, enforcement of the judgment is stayed, and the respondents, anyone working on their behalf, or anyone working in concert with the respondents, including Joseph Fucito, Sheriff of the City of New York, are stayed from selling at public auction the subject premises, located at 110-22 63rd Drive, Forest Hills, NY 11375, pending hearing and determination of the appeals.
