Motion by Sivani J. M. for leave to appeal to this Court from an order of the Family Court, Suffolk County, dated May 21, 2021, and to stay enforcement of the order, pending hearing and determination of the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for leave to appeal is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for a stay is granted, and enforcement of the order is stayed, pending hearing and determination of the appeal or determination of the underlying proceeding, whichever occurs first.
