DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by Feng Li to be provided with a purported report by a Committee on Character and Fitness regarding his character and fitness, as well as any accompanying exhibits, and to be provided with an opportunity to respond to such report, in connection with his motion for reinstatement to the practice of law. Feng Li was admitted to the Bar in the State of New York at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Third Judicial Department on January 28, 2004. By opinion and order of this Court dated March 22, 2017, Feng Li was suspended from the practice of law for a period of three years, commencing April 21, 2017. Feng Li's motion for reinstatement was denied by decision and order on motion dated January 15, 2021, without referral and consideration by a Committee on Character and Fitness.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied, as the matter was not referred by the Court to a Committee on Character and Fitness no report was made regarding Feng Li's character and fitness.
