DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated March 4, 2021. Motion by the appellants to stay the respondents and their principals, agents, servants, representatives, and associates from maintaining and installing interior surveillance cameras at the subject premises, pending hearing and determination of the appeal.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the respondents and their principals, agents, servants, representatives, and associates are stayed from maintaining and installing interior surveillance cameras at the subject premises, located at 70 South Elliott Place, Brooklyn, New York 11217, pending hearing and determination of the appeal on condition that the appeal is perfected on or before August 20, 2021; and it is further,

ORDERED that in the event the appeal is not perfected on or before August 20, 2021, the Court, on its own motion, may vacate the stay, without further notice, or the respondents may move to vacate the stay, on three days notice.
