Plaintiffs having moved for an extension of time to perfect their appeals taken herein from an order of the Supreme Court, Onondaga County, entered February 3, 2021, and having moved to consolidate their appeals,
Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks an extension to perfect plaintiff's appeals is granted, the time to perfect those appeals is extended to October 18, 2021, and, in the event of failure to so perfect, those appeals are hereby dismissed without further order, and
It is further ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks to consolidate plaintiffs' appeals is dismissed as unnecessary (see 22 NYCRR 1250.9 [f] [2]).
