DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated July 3, 2018, and a judgment of the same court entered October 7, 2020. Motion by the appellant, inter alia, to consolidate the appeals and for leave to serve and file a supplemental record containing the judgment and the notice of appeal from the judgment.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to consolidate the appeals and for leave to serve and file a supplemental record containing the judgment and the notice of appeal from the judgment is granted, the record and briefs filed in connection with the order are deemed to also be served and filed in connection with the appeal from the judgment, and on or before August 23, 2021, the parties shall file corrected covers for the copies of the record and briefs filed with the Clerk of the Court which contain Appellate Division Docket No. 2020-08683 in addition to Appellate Division Docket No. 2018-11778 and upload, through the digital portal on this Court's website, replacement digital copies of the record and briefs, and the appellant shall serve a supplemental record which contains the judgment and the notice of appeal from the judgment and upload, through the digital portal on this Court's website, a digital copy of the supplemental record, with proof of service thereof; and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
