Appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered January 25, 2019, and August 19, 2019, respectively, and an order and judgment (one paper) of the same court entered January 23, 2020. Motion by Saeid Tehrani for leave to appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered May 13, 2021, to stay the sale of the subject premises and to stay enforcement of the order and judgment, pending hearing and determination of the appeals.
