Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, rendered April 17, 2015. Motion by the appellant for leave to reargue his prior motion to direct the respondent to provide the appellant's assigned counsel with unredacted copies of the respondent's trial exhibits, which was determined by decision and order on motion of this Court dated February 1, 2021.
