Appeals by Roman Catholic Diocese of Brooklyn from two orders of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated April 28, 2021, and April 30, 2021, respectively, and separate appeal by St. Francis of Assisi Roman Catholic Church from the order dated April 30, 2021.
On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the scheduling order of this Court dated June 14, 2021, in the above-entitled matter is amended by deleting from the caption thereof Appellate Division Docket No. "2021-03968" and substituting therefor Appellate Division Docket No. "2021-03978."
