Appeal by Carlos Flores from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, rendered October 1, 2019, following a trial.
On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the order on application of this Court entitled "[i]n the Matter of Applications for Extensions of Time," dated July 7, 2021, is amended by deleting from the "Applicant Name" entry concerning the above-entitled matter the respondent, People of State of New York and substituting therefor the appellant "Carlos Flores."
