DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by Joseph I. Harrison for leave to reargue and reconsider a disciplinary proceeding against him, which was determined by an opinion and order of this Court dated September 2, 2020, and, upon reargument and reconsideration, to vacate his disbarment and to remand this matter to the Grievance Committee for the Second, Eleventh, and Thirteenth Judicial Districts or modify the discipline imposed, or, in the alternative, for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals from the opinion and order of this Court. Separate motion by Joseph I. Harrison for leave to file supplemental papers in connection with the motion for leave to reargue and reconsider or, in the alternative, for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals. Mr. Harrison was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Third Judicial Department on December 9, 2008, under the name Joseph Isaac Harrison. By opinion and order of this Court dated September 2, 2020, Mr. Harrison was disbarred, effective immediately, and his name was stricken from the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion for leave to reargue and reconsider or, in the alternative, for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals and the papers filed in opposition thereto, and upon the papers filed in support of the motion for leave to file supplemental papers and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion for leave to file supplemental papers is granted, and the agreement signed on March 11, 2021, and March 18, 2021, has been considered in connection with the motion for leave to reargue and reconsider or, in the alternative, for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals; and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion for leave to reargue and reconsider or, in the alternative, for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals is denied.
