DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeal from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated May 28, 2021. Motion by the respondent to clarify a decision and order on motion of this Court dated June 16, 2021, and for "make up parenting time."

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition and in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the following language is added to the second decretal paragraph of the decision and order on motion of this Court dated June 16, 2021: "the custody and access terms of the March 13, 2019 agreement are in effect, subject to any further order of the Family Court, Kings County," and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
