2021-03328 The People, etc., respondent, v Devante Richards, appellant. (Ind. No. 1152/2020)
| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Appeal by Devante Richards from a bail determination of the Supreme Court, Queens County, which occurred on March 31, 2021. By order to show cause dated May 28, 2021, the parties were directed to show cause before this Court why an order should or should not be made and entered dismissing the appeal on the ground that the bail determination which occurred on March 31, 2021, is neither appealable as of right nor by permission.
Now, upon the order to show cause and no papers having been filed in response thereto, it is
ORDERED that the appeal is dismissed (see CPL 450.10, 450.15).
HINDS-RADIX, J.P., CONNOLLY, GENOVESI and FORD, JJ., concur.
