U.S. Bank Trust, N.A., etc., respondent,

v Jozette Carter, appellant, et al., defendants.

(Index No. 135498/2017)

DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Richmond County, dated February 27, 2019, and March 15, 2019, respectively. By order to show cause dated June 9, 2021, the parties were directed to show cause before this Court why an order should or should not be made and entered dismissing the appeals on the ground that the right of direct appeal from the orders terminated upon entry in the above-entitled action of a judgment of the Supreme Court, Richmond County, dated December 20, 2019.

Now, upon the order to show cause and no papers having been filed in response thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion to dismiss the appeals is granted and the appeals are dismissed, without costs or disbursements (see Matter of Aho, 39 NY2d 241).

HINDS-RADIX, J.P., CONNOLLY, GENOVESI and FORD, JJ., concur.
