Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated April 19, 2018, which was determined by decision and order of this Court dated December 30, 2020. Motion by the respondent for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals from the decision and order of this Court. Separate motions by the City of New York and New York State Thruway Authority and New York State Department of Transportation for leave to file memoranda as amicus curiae in support of the respondent's motion.
Upon the papers filed in support of the respondent's motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, and upon the papers filed in support of the separate motions by the City of New York and New York State Thruway Authority and New York State Department of Transportation and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that separate motions by the City of New York and New York State Thruway Authority and New York State Department of Transportation are granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the respondent's motion is denied.
