order dated March 5, 2020, appellant was granted poor person status and assignment of counsel. By letter dated May 24, 2021,
counsel requested to be relieved of the assignment due to appellant's failure to communicate. By decision and order dated June 11,
2021, counsel was relieved of the assignment. Thereafter, by letter dated June 17, 2021, appellant was directed to perfect the appeal
by July 19, 2021. Appellant failed to perfect the appeal or seek a further extension of time to do so.
Now, therefore, upon
the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the appeal taken by AARON L. is dismissed.
