By order dated January 29, 2021, appellant was granted poor
person status and assignment of counsel. By letter dated May 26, 2021, counsel requested to be relieved of the assignment due to
appellant's failure to communicate. By decision and order dated June 23, 2021, counsel was relieved of the assignment. Thereafter,
by letter dated June 28, 2021, appellant was directed to perfect the appeal by July 26, 2021. Appellant failed to perfect the appeal or
seek a further extension of time to do so.
Now, therefore, upon the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the
appeal is dismissed.
