On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the appeal from the order dated July 13, 2021, which granted an order of protection in favor of 10 of the subject children and against Robert E. E., under Appellate Division Docket No. 2021-05660, is dismissed, without costs or disbursements, on the ground that the appellant, Sherry S. E., is not aggrieved by that order (see CPLR 5511).
