DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeal by Patrick J. Sweeney from an order of the Family Court, Westchester County, dated May 21, 2021. The appellant was granted leave to prosecute the appeal as a poor person on July 30, 2021, and the following named attorney was assigned as counsel to prosecute the appeal:
